On some comps on this board and my boards the effects of the header/footer code doesn't work. Why is this? It isn't as purty on some comps LOL.

I've checked on some computers at school, and it still looks sweet to me. I can switch it back to a more generic one or try to add in the option to choose between this or a generic one, if people would like. |

it looks fine even when it doesn't work... just not as shimmery lol. It does it on here and on mine on some comps at school. I don't know what the deal is. Some comp settings must be blocking the extra touches.
